Destination, Weather Routing, Communication, Tracking, Accessible Harbors, Provisions and Services available along the way, Past experience, Bridge Clearance, Tides, Current, Shifting Bars, Average Boat Speed, Max Boat Speed, Fuel Capacity, Burn Rate, Fresh Water Capacity, Condition of engine, generator, running gear, rigging, sails, ground tackle, electro-mechanical systems, Electronics, Back up Electronics, Paper Charts, USCG & Safety Equipment, First Aid, Inventory of tools on board, Inventory of spares on board: (engine fluids, filters, belts, impellers, pumps, running lights), Watch Schedule, Menu and Contingency Plan.
We offer peace of mind to our clients that all of these issues are suitably addressed and sufficiently prepared for in every way possible.
After initial consult - a detailed contract will be prepared and offered for review. In addition to contract ratification, a 50% deposit is required to schedule. Final payment must be arranged for in advance and is due on demand at final destination and prior to surrender of the vessel. *Acceptable forms of final payments: Venmo, Zelle, Pay Pal, Wire Transfer.

Captain: $500 per Contract Day
Licenced Crew: $275 per Contract Day
Able Body Crew: $225 per Contract Day
*Offshore deliveries of three (3) days or more require a minimum of two (2) paid crew in addition to Captain.
*A Contract Day is any 24 hour period commencing at the vessels actual recorded time of departure on the actual date of departure. Half Contract Day is charged for any 12 hour portion of any contract day until the vessel has arrived at her final destination and is secured in its assigned slip AND has fully cleared through any Territorial “Customs”.
a) Departure Travel Costs: Any and all costs incurred by captain & crew to facilitate the following: Any pre-inspection necessary to verify condition / seaworthiness of the vessel, Arrival at the port of departure including (airfare, baggage fees, shuttle, parking, personal vehicle mileage, taxi/uber etc) and any travel costs for pre-departure preparations and provisioning.
b) Return Travel Costs: Any and all costs incurred by captain & crew to facilitate return, each to their own home (as listed above).
c) Per Diem: $36 per person / per day food allocation.
d) 1 Full Day Paid (vessel preparation & provision pre departure).
e) 1 Full Day Paid (vessel cleaning & travel post delivery).
In addition to daily rates and travel costs listed above, are all transient costs including:
Fuel (gas/diesel / LPG ), Transient Dockage, Territorial Customs Fees, Territorial Entry Fees, Any Required Vaccines and/or Testing, and will all be paid in full by the Vessel Owner based on a final Invoice submitted by the delivery Captain post Delivery. Final balance due (less deposit received) is due upon receipt of final Invoice and prior to surrender of the vessel. Payments can be made via Bank wire, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.

f) On Shore Lodging: Sometimes when delivering to a new Charter Fleet / Management Company, the new organization may want immediate access once the vessel has cleared customs. If the delivery captain and crew are forced to surrender the vessel prior to their scheduled return air travel, any fees associated with "On Shore Lodging" ( while awaiting scheduled air travel) will be the added responsibility of the client / Vessel Owner.
